Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new features. When you downgrade, your current features remain active until the end of your billing period.
The Starter plan is free forever with 1 active survey and up to 100 responses. It is a simple way to try the core platform before moving to a paid plan. No credit card required.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment processing. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
Your data stays with you. If you downgrade, you keep your existing survey data and results. You just may not be able to create more surveys or use premium features until you upgrade again.
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
